Sara and Jim are Married!

I have been so excited to post these images from Sara and Jim’s wedding. You may remember them from a couple weeks ago when you saw some shots I took of them just days before their wedding. The energy and excitement they were feeling was so contagious and I just couldn’t wait to see what their day would bring! It was absolutely beautiful! It rained pretty heavily before the ceremony, but just in time, everything cleared up and their charming garden reception, that was held at Sara’s parents’ home, was perfect! I was also so lucky to have Melissa Friel with me as a second shooter. In this post I would like to feature some of her work too because she was AWESOME and she doesn’t have her own blog… (All images were taken by me unless you see the Melissa Friel logo!) Here are some of my favorites from the day.

Sara’s gorgeous bouquet…with pink peonies!

The stunning bride!

I LOVE this shot that Melissa snapped of Sara’s sister helping with makeup.

Sara’s mom and sister helping her with her gorgeous gown…

Another one of Melissa’s! LOVE it!

Sara and Jim are just so genuinely happy! I love these moments on the altar just as Sara is slipping on Jim’s wedding ring for the first time. He is visibly beaming!

The reception was so beautiful and quaint. Melissa snapped shots of all the different types of flowers that were everywhere!

Check out the adorable favors that Sara’s sister made…

Inside were Sara’s favorite candies from The Confectionary. So cute!

This is the swing that Sara and her brother and sister grew up playing on!

And last but not least, some behind the scenes shots of me and my awesome second, Melissa! I’m sporting my awesome Shootsac. I don’t know what I would do without this awesome bag for my lenses!
