It has been so cold here the past week, and every year around this time I wonder how I’ll get through the winter because we have a looooong way to go! Having grown up in Southern California, I’m a huge wimp when it comes to midwest winters and I’ve never gotten used to the cold. I understand that this may be partly my fault, though. You see, even after having lived here for 11 years, I still refuse to have a decent coat, continue to go outside with wet hair, and keep wearing cute shoes (that don’t go with socks) no matter how cold it is outside. Is this absentmindedness? Or am I rebelling somewhere deep down? I don’t really know. Anyway, that’s why I choose to stay inside most of the time with my cute kids! Here is a picture of my handsome little man who is growing way too fast! He’ll be eight weeks old tomorrow. Unbelievable.
